5. Acceptable Use

  • Generate illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing content
  • Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Generate misleading or deceptive content (e.g., deepfakes for fraud)
  • Produce content depicting minors in inappropriate situations
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

Content generated through our Service:

  • Is owned by you, the user, subject to these Terms
  • May be used for personal or commercial purposes
  • Should be reviewed for accuracy before publication
  • May not infringe on third-party rights

The Service itself, including its design, features, and technology, remains the property of GenzoAI.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GenzoAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
